Function and characteristic：

The entire machine's electrical components and computer software all use internationally renowned brands, ensuring stable and reliable quality.

Equipped with a human-machine interface (HMI), featuring multi-touchscreen control and computerized order management. It is easy to operate with faster order switching, supporting pre-storage of up to 999 orders.

Both the integral machine wallboards and key components undergo aging treatment, with tempering applied to eliminate internal metal stress. All parts are manufactured using high-precision machining centers and finished by grinding with CNC grinders.

Both the shafts and rollers of the entire machine are made of high-quality steel, undergoing grinding process, high-precision computerized dynamic balance calibration, and surface hard chrome plating.

All transmission gears of the entire machine are made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, subjected to carburizing and quenching treatment with a hardness of 58~62 HRC. After gear grinding process, they reach Class 6 precision, ensuring high register accuracy during long-term operation.(expansion sleeves), eliminating connection clearance and suitable for long-term high-speed operation under high torque.

All transmission bearings and key transmission components of the entire machine are equipped with enhanced self-aligning bearings, featuring easy maintenance and a longer service life. (Adopting three major well-known brands: "Havaluo" — Harbin, Wafangdian, Luoyang Bearings) The lubrication system of the entire machine adopts spray-type automatic lubrication and is equipped with an automatic balancing device, maintaining the same oil level across all units.
