Description of main functions

◆ Yaskawa original imported four servo drives from Japan, with accurate precision and reduced mechanical transmission parts, which can effectively reduce the     failure rate of machinery.

◆ The entire control system adopts Omron PLC control system

◆ All the contactors in the control box are of the Siemens brand from Germany.

◆ Relays and circuit breakers adopt the Schneider brand of France, while photoelectric and proximity switches adopt the Omron brand of Japan.

◆ The bottom mold and blades are made of tungsten steel from Japan (wear-resistant).

◆ The entire set of nail heads is made of special steel. It is precisely processed by computer numerical control. It only takes one minute to change the size of the      carton and adjust the distance between the carton nails, which greatly saves time and is convenient to operate.

◆ Covered boxes and uncovered boxes can be nailed. (If uncovered boxes need to be nailed, please specify when ordering the machinery.) The rear section is     equipped with an automatic counting function. The number of finished products can be stacked and sent to the end of the conveying machinery according to the set      quantity (1-99), which is convenient for packaging and bundling.
