主要零件及功能说明

◆本机采用国外先进设计理念,  采用三组墙板固定折叠臂,  实现折叠臂的稳定无颤抖。

令折叠皮带采用单独动力 ,  每组皮带都有一个电机来带动皮带,  这样可以延长皮带的使用寿命,

减少皮带的涨紧度。

◆本机采用真空吸附传送纸板,确保纸板在运行过程中的稳定性及纠偏功能。

令折叠部加装三道压线,  补偿印刷机压线不实的功能,  解决糊箱的剪刀差。  糊头采用日本进口岩 田喷胶装置,

电脑自动换单,   自动存储订单。

令计数排出部采用下落式进纸方式,  双拍齐功能从而解决了纸箱的剪刀差问题。

令排出部采用直推式,  从而解决了传统提钩式排出 ,  小纸板倒塌的问题。

令印刷部与糊箱部可实现差速联动,  可输入纸板总宽度 ,粘箱皮带可自动跟踪,  实现纸板与纸板间 距,

最小间距 5-10mm 来降低皮带速度 ,提高糊箱的速度 ,降低不必要的皮带磨损

Main Parts and Functional Description：

This machine adopts advanced foreign design concepts and uses three sets of wallboards to fix the folding arms, ensuring stable and shake-free operation of the folding arms.

The folding belts are equipped with independent power supply—each set of belts is driven by a dedicated motor. This design prolongs the service life of the belts and reduces belt tension.

This machine adopts vacuum adsorption to convey cardboard, ensuring the stability of the cardboard during operation and the edge correction function.

Additionally, the folding section is equipped with three sets of creasing lines to compensate for insufficient creasing from the printing machine and solve the scissor difference in carton folding. The gluing head adopts an imported Iwata gluing system from Japan,

featuring computer-controlled automatic order switching and automatic order storage.

Additionally, the counting and discharge section adopts a drop-feed method and a double alignment function, thus solving the scissor difference issue of cartons.

Moreover, the discharge section uses a direct-push design, which addresses the problem of small cardboard collapse associated with traditional hook-type discharge.

Furthermore, the printing section and carton gluing section can achieve differential linkage. By inputting the total width of the cardboard, the carton gluing belt can automatically track and adjust the distance between cardboards—with a minimum spacing of 5-10mm. This design reduces belt speed, increases carton gluing efficiency, and minimizes unnecessary belt wear.
